    Default tyre and wheel woes

As some of you know I've also got a Vec B which I use for work. I bought a set of GSi wheels for them but have always had trouble with the beads and tyres not sealing properly, (corrosion on beading) Anyways I was talking to Don Paul at Billing on the Sunday when he said he'd sort them out for me. Managed to pop in to see him the other week and dropped two of them off to be done. i've been using 2 16inch steelies in the meantime, whilst being repaired. I get a phone call on the Wednesday, it was to come pick them up from him.. Was really impressed on how they came out.. To be honest i was a bit dubious on if the tyres would stay inflated due to the problems of them going flat.. Not just flat but flat flat as in off the bead and wouldnt reinflate. They stayed inflated until i got home without a problem, the real test was the overnighter.. Came out in the morning and guess what.... They were still inflated All the corrosion was sorted and a good seal is now made.

The way they came out was nothing short of amazing. The colour they are now is how they should have been from the factory. Instead of a dull grey they are a nice shiny silver, think its something like Merc's Polar Silver i think.

Heres some piccies of some still to be done and the other which have been done

    Both Originals off the car

And the Finished Article.. Paul had even dressed the tyres!!

Would like to say a BIG thanks to Paul for sorting these out for me as I was just having soo much grief with them it wasnt funny. and he makes a nice of tea too, but alas no biscuits
