Default Women and tyre pressures !

I was walking past my wifes Fiesta (which I rarely drive) today and noticed that the rear tyre looked flat. Checked them and found that it had 9 pounds of pressure in it.

I asked her why she hadn't told me it was handling badly and she didn't know what I was on about. Apparantly, it's my job to check her tyres. I give up.

Cant be as bad as my wifey......................back last year she went out with our daughter.................phoned me and said the car feels damned awfull ................................she came straight home with a flat tyre ! Damaged the tyre and my alloy !

I said are you mad didnt you check the tyres , she said yes but it looked OK and gave me a lecture as to having silly low profile tyres as she couldnt tell if it was flat or not ! !

I give up sometimes really I do .

Mine has never put petrol in any of our cars in over twenty years.

Would not even know how to put air in - knows plenty about letting air out though!

I asked her to fill our new lawnmower up with petrol once. She filled it with engine oil - brand new mower, smoking like hell and she said that the mower was rubbish and it would not work! Women!

She does look after me though!

Ditto Capriman. I was sat at home while back and heard a thumping noise coming down the road, that stopped outside our house. Wife came in and said her car 'felt funny'. Went outside and found the o/s front wheel with the remains of a tyre on it and the rim nearly square. She driven on a flat tyre and didn't realise.

Had to but a new wheel and tyre. But she has her compensations.
