Another Vectra gone

Well, today was the day I got my new car, and also the day I had to leave the Vectra behind

The Vectra was more than just a means of transport. It really came home to me last night when I looked through all the pictures of the car, and all the pictures of the people with whom I shared the Irmscher trip's (note I said both, not just the one, I was there for both of them!).

It brought back some great memories and also reminded me of the friends I've made along the way.

This is still one of the best groups of people around. Treasure what we have here folks, it's harder to come by than you would expect.

I'll be sticking around as this place is more than just a car club for me

what did you replace the veccy with m8? as i also got my car back at home today

It's quite a change, but I've gone for a top spec Honda Civic, with glass roof, full leather, sat nav, voice control etc. etc.
On the inside it's great, and looks so futuristic.
The Veccy still has it for looks on the outside though.

I know what you're saying mate, I was gutted when the guy drove off in my Vec!!

I'm more than happy with my new car though, & if anything I've been on here more!

I've still been made very welcome at the meets & am going to one tomorrow

This place is dominated by the cars obviously but it's the people in it that make the club

I know the feeling mate..

It was weired seeing my own work drive off without me in it..

But now i have my new old one, i have forgtten about the C, ably helped by he glorious sound of a V6 though!
