For THE North East Members CD70 Sat Nav problem?

Very susprised today,when i was attempting to put the location of an industrial unit on Portrack Lane in Stockton into the NAVI, it wouldn't have it!

Of course I found PORTRACK LANE visible on the Navi Map,but when the preset suggestions appeared after me starting to input Portrack Lane,it only had a few,and Portrack was not one of them! I mean come on i must be doing something wrong,right?,can anyone have a fiddle with theirs and let me know please what on earth is going on

I know it sounds daft but have you tried putting the postcode in instead?

I have found mine to be a bit strange.... when I put in a place in Knowsley I couldnt find it..... why because it was filed under Liverpool !
