Step 1 is the paint cleaner, so I don't think you'll actually need that step if you are going to be claying the car first.

Trust me you do. The clay will lift particles where as the cleaner will lift stains.

No mate. Halfords sell it. There are many different products online which will do the same job, but for starters Clay, stage 123 are fine, Megs NXT shampoo is great also.

Your mising the 2nd most important step of getting a good finish. first the clay removes the hard bonded stuff, then the paint cleaner removes anything that may have stained the surface, it can also remove any marring that the clay causes. Step 2 adds a gloss/wet look. Step 3 is a poor wax with little durability but most start with it, I did but stoped useing it as soon as I applied it for a 2nd time in a month.

the wax is pretty pants... depends how often you want to do the car..as in if u enjoy waxing etc.. if not then go with a better quality wax that'll last a couple of months at least!

I use the clay bar - paint cleaner - polish - then NXT wax far easier then the carnauba imho.

Good start there mate. Stage 3 isn't very good, lasts 2 weeks max. Collinite 915 is much more durable.

    Don't forget the finished pics.
