well today i just went out and part ex'd my veccy for this

got a decent enough trade in and the scoob is spotless the best i've seen for the money by far. Have to say i will miss my veccie alot as it hasnt missed a beat in 3 years and has been a fantastic car just got bored of it, the other runner was a vxr veccie but after driving them both it didnt compete with the Scooby imo plus the veccie cost considerably more but to be fair it was a close run thing and if this one hadnt had been available i'd have probably gone with a vxr cos finding a decent impreza is a tough ol job.

now then anyone wants to donate some cash my way for the petrol i'd be very very gratefull

keep the flaming to a minimum guys

Nice Scooby but you obviously didn't see this thread then m8. A '56 VXR for under 10K with 6,700 miles

I gave serious thought to a Scooby to replace the Vectra with, but i supposed lost my bottle a little bit and stuck with what i knew. Plus a pending new financial commitment meant i needed some cash.

cheers guys , caterman - the link in the link dont work m8 , the vxr i was looking at had sat nav and and snowflakes 12k on the clock and the wrong colour (black) @13k plus. wanted arden blue only. . to be honest i prefered the vxr originally but after seeing both and driving both i had a much bigger smile getting out the impreza , the vxr felt far more conservative and less involving the impreza feels like your driving on rails and is far more raw (in a good way)
horses for courses tho each to their own , would still recommend a vec to anyone
