    Default clutch....... please help the newbie

    i have a 2000 1.8iclub and im soon going to newquey, but the clutch pedal seem a bit high. i have never noticed this before but i think im getting paranoid or am i. can i ajust it? its comig upto 67, 000 miles should it have had its day now?

    I don't think there's any adjustment in the clutch pedal as it's hydraulic.

    I would think most people should be getting more than 67k out of a modern clutch, but you never know.

    There's a thread on a similar problem with a Signum.

    I on about 140.000 mile with my clutch , my old mondeo was 235,000 when I got rid of the car. just depends what abuse it has had
