    Default squealing brakes

I'm noticing a squeal from the near side front brakes when pressing the brake pedal lightly. only thing is, if i push the brake pedal down hard, it still squeaks for a couple of seconds when the pedal is released. it's like the pads are binding to the disc? can this be adjusted? no idea what i need to do and it's really annoying.

    Cheers

    Leigh
