    Default Wing mirrors

Hi guys iv only just noticed that when i move the offside mirror the nearside moves aswell. Is this the norm or are the electrics in need of repair. It doesnt move the offside mirror if i move the nearside though. Didnt ever notice this on my 2.2 so was just wondering.

Think it is normal, my facelift does anyway. Bit of a pain in the arse at times though. Not sure if the dealers can TECH2 the options to change it.

Yeah its a right pain if im parkin on the right near a curb move the mirror then check the left one i end up lookin at the floor the other side. Good idea in general and wouldnt mind really if the n/s mirror went back to the same position but its always out slightly.

I think the idea behind it is to make it eiser for adjusting for other drivers - ie if another driver is taller they would want both mirrors up to compensate for it but it is flipping annoying.

Just select the left mirror switch and only the left mirror will move. Select the right mirror switch and they both move.

I do the same Mike when i park up outside the house. Still didn't stop me clonking me rear wheel AGAIN last week.

Be swapping them with yours on Saturday when your not looking!

Snowman, you got your ears on?
