    Default Mind of it's own

Hi I have a 6 week old Exlusive 1.9CDTI which sometimes wants to accelerate by itself. Around town it will go to about 35 mph (without me pressing throttle) then it's as if something switches off and the speed drops until I press the pedal.
Has anyone any experience of this, I know it's a warranty job but looking for some info as the dealer probably won't tell me.

    Thanks
    Jimmy

Stupid question but your not pushing the button on the left stalk by accident are you??
If not Id be straight back to the stealers to get it fixed before it causes you an accident.

I have an exclusiv myself and have never experienced these problems, it could be due to the idle valve playing up, possibly sticking but i dont have much knowledge on these, just take it to the stealers and get them to find out the problem, just get them to assure it wont happen again.

Could also be an airlock in the fuel line, don't overlook the obvious!! Definitely a trip to the stealers given age of car.
