    Default Wheel Cleaner

Does anybody know a wheel cleaner that will remove stuck on dirt. My wheels have what looks like mud seriously welded on them, i cant shift it with normal cleaning or with a pressure washer. What can i use to get this dirt off, and by the way, i dont know what the dirt is just what it looks like.

    any help much appreciated

    Dan

The Autobrite stuff is great, stay clear of wonder wheels as prolonged use will ferk your rims. If its off the shelf stuff your after you cant really beat Megs Hot Rims (I think its called that) Halfords in a purple bottle. HTH

    Get yourself TESCO Wheel Cleaner
Wear rubber gloves and wear a mask!
Spray on, leave for 10 minutes, wipe off, then throw a bucket of hot water over to remove any acid residue
I use it once every three months and it removes brake dust without any effort

Thats what i will use at the next wash, is that the red stuff your reffering to? Really i want the dirt off the rims before i start the complete tesco wash but this sounds like it will be a good experiment... Ill get some pics up of the dirt on the wheels

I still have some of the earlier batch, blue dye in colour due to the Hydrochloric acid, however I do think the latest batch has been given a red dye
