    Default Any Inventors???

I've come up with an idea!!!

Whilst driving home yesterday, i had some gimp in a --- (let you guess that one), following me at about 3ft...

I had to brake sharply a couple of times, and every time i did, i expected to feel his front bumper hit the back of my head...

So, why can't the 3rd brake light light up from left to right with the verosity of your braking???

A light tap on the brake would light the first light, and anchoring on would light them all at once....just a thought.....

    ta ta for now

I think VX got there first. I read that the new facelift has two brake intensities for the third light. 3/4 lit for normal, fullly lit for drop anchor.

I guess it was a BMW, Or an Audi A3 or a ford transit or a Merc or a Golf.... Any more stereo types?

The Vectra's 3rd Brake light flashes if you have to do emergency braking i believe, I seem to remember that's what the manual states.

I do hope they give some sort of "extra warning" as if the car in front has emergency brake assist then it is going to stop a lot faster than the car behind if it is without it.

If they weren't following so close they wouldn't need to know how hard you are braking.
