    It's a DIY job John. If you go to BSR's website, or LMF's, it'll explain.

    Basically, you order it, they send you the control unit which plugs into the OBD port under the ashtray, you download the map from an e-mail they send you, and you put it onto the car.

    And you can take it off if you need to, for servicing or warranty work etc.

    what sort of increase of bhp and torque would i get cheers

    I wouldn't worry too much about the figures as they mean little but you'll get a much improved drive. Power and torque will really impress you with a remap. You won't believe the same engines hides away under your bonnet. One of the good points about BSR is the ability to remap to standard whenever you want. Sweden on holiday right now so unless you have a slightly older car, you may need to wait for them to go back to work.

    204 hp and 310nm torque.

    But that's 'only' stage 1, stage 3 is properly silly, 230 and 370 nm.

    Oh, and BSR tend to underestimate their gains....

    I got 210 bhp - 238 ftlb torque.
    And a whole lotta pleasure. Worth every penny !
