    Default Bilstein B4 Rear Shocks

Sold to me as correct for my SRI Estate, removed after 2,000miles as clearly not for the SRI.

£40 plus postage/collection. I shall be travelling from Chester to Heathrow and return on Sunday morning if anyone wants these and lives near.

    Part number BNE B875

These are the exactly the same shocks as DEANF had for sale earlier.

The handling was worse than before, soggy at the back.
Remember VX tweaked the suspension on the facelift, thats a thought, I wonder if they are okay for the PREfacelift SRI.

Hmmm No Idea, won't be right for mine if they were bad on yours. I thought the tweaks were design of the set up.... but thats a different thread lol

Why does this page from Bilstein http://www.bilstein.com/304passengercars.pdf not show Vauxhall or Opel?

The Sri has shorter length damper rods like the Bilstein B8's to stop bottoming out as the SRi's are lower than the standard suspension etc.

    From Lmf
The Bilstein B8 shortened high performance sports shock absorber is especially designed for lowered vehicles.

Probably because they are the same as those listed under Saab. The 9-3 Sports saloon has the same platform/suspension as the Vectra SRI, I think.
