    Default Alloy Wheel Touch Up

    Hi,

I seem to have slightly scuffed some of the lip of my 19" alloys. Really angry that I have done it but its done now. Unlike some alloys I have had in the past which seem black under the surface when kurbed, these VX ones seem silver so its not as obvious.

Anyway, just wondering what is best to touch them up?

    Thanks

Yep, Star Silver. I got the Halfords (brush provided) one and is almost unoticeable when you use the provided clear laquer over the touched up area

iv'e always used Vauxhalls star silver paint to touch up alloys. I use it now on my Vx alloys and have used it previously on aftermarket alloys, Pretty good match and protects the damage from corrosion.

I also want to smooth away the damage too if possible, its not that bad but I like them to look mint, Not sure if the paint in these kits will match? maybe need to use the kit to fill the damage and then use a VX paint kit and then use the top coat of the kit.
