Removing interior panel behind light

Hi,

I have a slight rattle from behind the plastic panel on the ceiling centre consol (the panel is just behind the light - ie towards the rear of the car). I have tried but do not want to break anything - can anyone advise how I should prize it off.

Do you mean the sunglass holder or the blanking panel???

Either one should just pop out........

As Glen said, should just pop out. IIRC some of the sunglasses holders are screwed in aswell though, so check that first.

It is the blanking panel, I will have a look to see if it pops out but I did try before and I was a little nervous of breaking something.

Yep, got it off thanks. If that is where the sunglasses holder goes then I think I may go to a breakers, get one and fit it to mine. At the moment I keep mine in the cup holder.

Very much doubt you will find a sunglasses holder at the breakers. They are like rocking horse poo. Ebay is the best palce mate, will cost you about £15.00 all in all, and they fit like a glove!
