    Angry Hurumph

Just come out to the car and all the windows were down...half hour previous to this we had a huge downpour. Result is the car is absolutely sodden inside.

Now, when I locked the car last night it was double locked (always do) and the key put on a shelf so there was no way the unlock button was accidently pressed.

I've just done a quick search but threads suggest maybe the button was accidently pressed. Just wondered if anybody has had the same problem but knows the unlock button hadn't been pressed?

For info car is 04/54 Design with rain sensitive wipers.

    Thanks in anticipation.

Just off to drive round with the heater on full and the A/C on!

Odd, as windows should close as soon as it starts to rain... however I remember the thread regarding self-opening windows somwhere here but I don't think the car was fitted with rain sensor

Boy Lard mentions about double locking, so I assume he's got deadlock fitted and activated

    Default Update

    Update.
Looked out of the bedroom window at 4am this morning and the car windows were all down again!

Car was dealdocked again (parked up at 4pm) and all windows were up at 10.45 last night. Has been raining heavily during the night. Button definetly not been pressed.

Once was funny but seriously hacked off now!

    Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try this - get some water, get outside, lock the car (double lock), spray the rain sensor and check what is happening. It looks like computer is doing completly oposite to what it's supposed to do - opening (instead of closing) windows when raining ...

Unless you did something bad to your wife/neighbour and they're playing with you
