Default How can I fit a V-grille on my Opel

    Hello everybody,
I'm from Spain and I've an Opel Vectra post-restyling, I want to remove my Opel grille and fit a Vauxhall, after many problems, I found the way to get one but before asking for that I'd like to know how can I fit it
    The pieces number are:
    OPEL 1322416 - GM 93187812
Do you think that it's enough with that? What do I have to do to fit it?

    Thanks for your help friends!

Hi mate i swapped mine for just a plain grille,. All you need is a crosshead screwdriver, 10 screws to undo(i think) Then it will drop, away from the bonnet, fitting is reverse of undoing. Took me 5-10 mins to do mine.

Viewing your photo I think you've a pre-restyling... I say 'cos I think it's not the same grille and the way to fit it would be different

    Thanks a lot anyway!

Jony you car is a facelift? if it is changing grilles is much more complicated than on preface lifts.....you have to take down the front bumper to do this I think.

On our facelift cars with the larger V grille, when the V is removed, there is the outline of an Opel badge, so it shouldn't be that difficult to swap, but as said before, it's a bumper off job.

Yes, it's a facelift, and I've just request the chrome part, but I'm not sure how does it fit on the black plastic grill...just clipped?
Then, I've to take down the bumper and after take off the black grille? and ...then?

So maybe if I retire the Opel chrome, the black grille could be damaged?
And if it's glued, I supose it wouldn't be necessary to take off the bumper...

So you didn't need to take off the bumper or the black grille?
