    Default Tyre poser

    Help!

I'm after new tyres and am stuffed if I can decide on what to go with.

My local fitter has the following options:

    1) Toyo Proxes T1R (well rated on here but have heard they wear quickly)

    2) Conti Sportcontact 3 (good reviews online)

    3) Goodyear GSD3 (again, people on here like 'em)

Any advice would be good. Ultimate grip isn't vital, but I can't afford to be replacing them again in a year's time (approx 12k miles).

I bought Toyo Proxes T1R's last year, fantastic tyre. They're wearing very well too considering mines a diesel and lowered and get a sore time of it. Got mine from camskill.co.uk they were cheapest by far. Hope this helps.

The GSD3 is now discontinued and replaced by the Assymetric
Expect existing stocks to be exhausted towards the end of this year
As a result prices should remain stable at around £80 per tyre

For a review of all three tyres, visit pneusonline which also has a compare facility
