Sky+ should'nt be a problem, just call them and they'll do the rest, you may or may not have to pay for a "re-installation" at the new address.
Taking your phone number will be an issue unless the new house is on the same exchange, if its on another exchange believe it or not you will have to have another number as BT are unable to re-allocate numbers between exchanges at the moment (I know this as we moved 1.2miles as the crow flies a couple of years ago but I was unable to take my business number with me as we moved exchanges so had to go through all the hassles of changing).
If the previous owners had Sky+ then they would have the twin feed etc so you could in theory just plug it in (you would need to notify Sky etc and give them your new phone number).
Be careful that the previous owners don't take the dish with them as ours did lol! Turned out that the Sky engineer said they would put up a new dish regardless and may or may not reuse any existing cabling depending on the state or it (we had a new dish and new cabling as we moved position of the TV, and I think it cost us about £40 at the time).
we just moved and we took a new sky contract (wifes name this time and new phone number) cost £79 for new sky+ box and installation (used our old sky+ box for the kids room) but got mother to recommend us as a friend so got £100 in M&S vouchers so ended up £21 and a new sky+ box into pocket!!
or if your going to move ring sky and tell them your cancelling cos your moving and your not paying for it to be installed again..... they will offer to install it at your new address for free
