Default Pre warranty run out question

When I go over a small ridge/curb type bump I think I can hear my bush's or joints?? making a noise, like a sort of slight loosness sound not loud but I think you get my meaning. any how as the car is out of warranty end November, are the bush's/joints?? covered in this third year warranty?

    Any advise would be welcome.

Book the car in now, that way it is recorded
Once repaired those parts are under warranty for a further year

As with the original warranty, book the car in for anything and everything
After the warranty has expired you will be liable for any repair costs

No, I've already had the rear trailing bushes replaced on mine at 45K miles
I've also had the rear brake discs replaced at last service, a claim for them as component failure, which resulted in new rear brake pads and discs

I hope that they see my worn bushes, if thats what they are as a warranty item. But knowing my lot would say its a consumable part.

What I would like to know is is it a consumable part or were you lucky to have a garage that fitted it out of kindness etc.

I think unless you've done well over the 60k miles the warranty allows, you should be in with a fighting chance.

My Vectra is under warranty until Nov 2010, or 130K miles
I have already checked and the only things I need to pay for are bulbs, tyres, exhaust, bodywork, and trim
    Everything else is covered

My previous Vectra B was the same, and the rear suspension bushes on that one were replaced at about 110K miles, also on warranty

If I was you I would get the MOT done before your warranty expires. That way any work needed doing is covered by the warranty esp the rear suspension arms. Thats what I did anyway which meant they had to replace my rear suspension arms and one of the track rod ends.

Good idea. Think I will do just that and will try them on any possible repairs that may need done.

You need to be careful with MoT repairs, as the warranty doesn't actually cover that unless you have the add-on for that section of the policy
