Cdr 2005

So the CDR2005 has packed up in my veccy. Took it back to where I bought it, to find it's not covered under the (not worth the paper its written on) "warranty".

So - 2 questions - do i need to replace it with another CDR2005 or can I fit a better model (I want to keep it factory fit) - and does anyone have a head unit for sale? Theres a few on ebay but just thought id try on here first...

The straight swap is the cdr 2006 mate. It has a tape deck and a 4 disk changer built in, its a bit more powerfull also.
