Should be a corker. Foul wheel drive is a great addition for a start.
i dont see the rear diff
If it's 4WD it will be my next car when it's released.
So its the saab 93 xwd or what ever they call it......
Funny you should post this, it was only lunchtime yesterday I was speaking to a member of staff at a Vx Dealer. He was adiment the there WONT EVER be a VXR Insignia, and they'll NEVER make it 4 wheel drive! He went on...
..."the car isn't a Vectra Replacement, it's a whole new car. Much bigger, 4 door saloon, heavier and bulky. Their not even making an estate model, therefore there is no way there will be a VXR model"..
...I dropped in that I've seen the Estate in the form of a shell at the Opel factory in Germany...
..."oh"...
Then the sales bloke came out to try and sell me the Vectra VXR they got.
Thanks for posting Spoons.
I must say however fella's, that if that is the next VXR or incarnation of, then I am a little dissapointed. To me that is nothing more than one of the first pics of a standard hatchback Insignia with nice wheels on. I also don't see any rear diff, & just looking at the size of the brakes they certainly don't make me feel all warm & fuzzy, plus there are other giveaways such as no front fog lights, no extra bodywork, etc. Other sites with the same images suggest it is just a run of the mill Insignia hatch.
Time will tell I guess
This is the Concept:
Why don't cars ever turn out like the concepts the spend all the money, time and effort designing???
I would be happy with the concept if it was priced at the same price as my vectra is worth.
