Cost of laptop.... this one....

Evening all

I need to find out what the cost of my laptop was new/

I can't find out a new cost - anyone got any ideas? Its a Sony Vaio, the model number it says on the back is PCG-5B1M.

I've not found it on any of the usual PC world type websites - unless I'm going mad.

So theres the challenge.....

Sony Vaio's of a similar spec to yours Rob are priced at £900-£1000. Hope this helps.

Well I sell 2-3 year old Laptops for £200-250. A Sony Vaio is a very good quality Laptop and as it's only one year old I would guess your company would want approx £400-£500. I'd offer them £300 and start from there.

Edit: but having said that I would of thought your company would of got a decent discount on it plus no VAT.
