    Angry Bsr Rant

    Do they have communication problems or just not bothered if they get a sale or not? I rang monday to confirm a few things & said i would be ordering a cat back system wednesday, today. I give money i save to my mum who puts it in her bank.. basically if i aint got it i can't spend it type of thing, so i arranged to meet her so she can sort out payment side of things with her card when i rang them. I pick her up & ring BSR. Sorry Justins on the phone so i ask if he can ring me. We get in town hang around a little while still no call so i ring them & Justin answers.... Hi mate wanna order the system we talked about on Monday.... no prob's i will ring you back to save your phone bill.... which i thought ok thats good of you . Bit more time passes & he did'nt ring back so i rang again..... he's not at his desk at the mo so i say can you get him to ring me asap so i can place an order.... yea no prob's. Still no call so we decide to transfer the fund's from mum's account to mine to save her hanging around & even that was'nt straight forward! not been my day today & still no phone call! giving it a bit longer & if no joy i will be ringing Jetex & getting it from there! . When i get the mapping done i will be ringing LMF they are more interested in my opinoin..... sorry for the rant i know people have delt with bsr with no prob's but this site is about our experiences with our car's & this is mine

    Your not alone mate. I had the exact same problem trying to order the injectors and map. Rang countless times to get Justin to be told he'll ring back if you leave your number. After a few tries I started having a go at them as I wasn't getting a phone call and it was taking the pi$$, ''OK I'll makes sure he phones you,'' waited and never got one Eventually got Justin on the phone and ordered them, but not great customer service on their part. Whether it's other employees not bothering or the fact that Justin is genuinely busy I don't know, but better arrangements should be made IMHO.

    Ah so it's not just me then! Giving it another hour & if they don't ring i will be getting it from Jetex. Only gotta pay an extra £9 for delivery & the delivery time is quicker from them too from the info i have gathered... BSR shame on you.... Have you got your system yet or still waiting Mark?

    Still gathering money ATM mate, away from home for the next 3 weeks so going to get it sorted when I'm back

    Hope you get it OK mate, but as we both know don't hold your breath for them to phone you back LOL.

    Well they did'nt ring back so now ordered from Jetex. He has ordered a few system's in so if anyone else want's one give Neil a ring

    We both have the remap already which is a great product, but it's obviously a poor communication/bone idol issue. It's not BSR, it's the employees that are the problem here.
