    Default hurt my back now off work!

    as above did a stupid thing on saturday involving a bike too small for me no details as its a slaggable offence lol suffice to say i fell off and landed hard on the base of my spine and have to say ive never experienced such pain went to hospital and was diagnosed with a possible fracture to my coxix (i think thats how its spealt) and lower back muscle damage so now off work for a week and still in alot of pain even though ive been popping co codamol(gives you constipation arrgghh) diclofenac and as of yesterday some lovely diazepam which so far hasnt worked,im now panicking we are off on our summer holidays next week and the thought of humphing 3 large suitcases about couldnt be less appealing lol

    Back pain is No fun, I know. Hope you get better soon. Can you still drive ok though, if so at least you can get out and about a little.

    have been out in the car once or twice ed as the leather seats make access easier but its still a struggle mate

    erm might have been lol was actually attemting (very stupidly i might add) a 360 on wee stuarts bmx!a trick that 7 stone and 20 years ago i could do no problem hee hee,told you i was stupid

    lol - well I'm 40 years old... and did a bike cross country marathon on Sunday in Bristol... anyways.... I've still got the ankle scratches for a failed 'Endo'

    hee hee an "endo" all the old bmx terms are coming back to me ,what about a "bunnyhop"? i used to be able too clear an upturned bike using this method lol

    I know how your feeling, i suffer back pain slipping at work & landing on something hard and pointy ! OUCH !
    This was agrovated whilst lifting a rather heavy welding gas cylinder onto my shoulder showing off how strong i WAS !
    I didn't cry, but it stopped me laughing .


    Have consideration for the deaf, if you're gunna fart, make it smell !

    I fell off my bike two weeks ago on a very steep grassy hill, doing about 40mph!

    I picked myself up at the bottom & hobbled away, not sure where I hurt the most.

    Luckily no serious damage, but a lesson learned. Until next time anyway!
