    Thumbs up

dont mind buying the locking kit as these are starting to appear on out taxi circut so may be a litle work out of it.
motor factors recons on about £80 for the locking kit.
what kind of tensioner is fitted, my favourit one was the isuzu 1.7 spring tensioner you really could not get the tension wrong. wots it like to set up on 1.9cdti and is it easy enough to do at home or do i need more special tools.
also is there a how to guide on here as i cant find one.

    cheers alan

    no 'how-2' on it yet...

throw a waterpump on it too, as they have caused problems with bearing failure..

the tensioners should have blade pointers..just line up the marks to get the correct tension..

if you have torx bits and sockets and are feeling brave have a go at home, and take some pics for the rest of them on here..
