    did you change the cambelt??

the airfilter/fuel filter will not make much difference to how it starts ( providing you fitted the fuel filter the right way round with the 'flow' arrow pointing towards the engine..

if the spark packs are pushed firmly down onto the plugs and the multiplugs are firmly connected to the sparkpacks then it should be firing up fine..

if it's not showing fault codes, my thoughts lead towards fuel...

when it does run, does it run smoothly?...does it idle?..

when you replaced the plenubm did you make sure there was no air leaks and that the oring seala were in good condition?

the fuel filter should have an arrow on the body of it.....

i think it may be an airleak weakening the mixture, if you are 100% sure that it's timed correctly..

yep, the fuel enritchment is a function of the coolant temperature sensor..

if the injectors were ultrasonically cleaned then did they have a spray pattern check afterwards to see if they are fuelling correctly..?

i think it's got to come apart again to check that you have reconnected everything that came off correctly..

it could be so many things.... you'll just have to work back and check what has been done to see that it is all correct....
