CD 70 Navi - iPod Connection

Hey there!
I'm new to all of this - so please don't shoot me down!!!

Is it possible to get an iPod (or other generic MP3) connection using the CD 70 Navi system I have in my vectra??

Any assisstance greatly received!

In short, no.

I've been searching and searching for a way and short of replacing the head unit and therefore losing the sat nav the only way is with something like the Karman Kardon Drive and Play kits.

Well some head unit's actually have the hardware in them for a aux connection. But i think your's possibly not.
I had mine checked on Tech2 and the "gut's" are not their in my 06.
The newer head unit's have it i think 07 on-ward's, they have the aux in the cubby hole below the stereo.
Maybe possible to to fit a newer head unit.
