hi im paul ive just joined up, ive just bought a vectra 1.9 cdti sri and would appreciate any advice on maintaining it or any problems i shud be aware of etc, its an 04 my with 71k on the clock. Also need to know the service intervals on it and when the cambelt is due to be changed

As for ther service, there are loads of threads on this..

Me, once a year using 5w/30 GM oil, regardless of my mileage, as i dont do over 10k pa.. but opie oils on here also sells good stuff too.

cam belt... hmmm not sure what the book says but going back to my rule.. i only ever do 40k then change or 4 years. had one let go a few years ago cost me a fortune, worth the small investment me finks.

im sure tha lads on here will tell you whats best!
