The obvious thing to check is whether your wheels are balanced properly. If you can rule that out, then next thing is suspension bushes.

Tracking is different to balancing - I'd suspect the balancing first. The Vectra is sensitive to balancing and places often put on too much weight which doesn't help. I'd get the wheels balanced again, asking them to remove all the weights and use minimal weighting for balancing.

If your steering wheel is shaking, and can be seen shaking, on a constant speed between 60 and 80mph that is normally due to incorrect balancing on the front wheels

The solution is have the front wheels rebalanced and ask them to use the fine settings
    This normally resolves the problem

If your steering wheel is shaking, but can be felt only, on a constant speed between 60 and 80mph that is normally due to a minor incorrect balancing on the front wheels

Again, the front wheels need rebalanced

Identifying incorrect balancing on the rear wheels is very difficult
The only way to do this is to swap the rears on to the front, and repeat the test

When the wheels are rotated rear to front it is quite common to notice that the need rebalanced
Personally, as the tyres wear and the rears are swapped to the front I ask them to test them, just to see if rebalancing is required
If it is then both are done

while you are getting the wheels re balanced ask them to check the tyres as one could be slightly out of shape
