Guess the baby toy - small prize for winner

(Semi) serious question!

Went downstairs to make a cappuccino and saw this on the worktop.....





..and wondered it was! lol

Mrs Duncan is out today so I can't ask her and I can't for the life of me work out what it is - other than I'm assuming it's some sort of baby toy or something. Either that or it's some kinky sex toy and I'm gonna be in pain later!

Should've put a scale against it, but it's around 12cm in length from tip to tip and 7cm at the widest bits. The green bits are slightly soft rubbery stuff and the blue/green stripy bits are hard smooth plastic.

Anyone got any idea? Person who gets it right, once I find out what it is when Mrs Duncan is back!, gets a couple of small club stickers.

That's what I thought it could be, but it was the fact that the blue/green bit was really hard plastic that made me wonder.

As some further info, it doesn't make any rattle or noise at all.

A teether as others have said and the centre peice between the two large sticky out bits is like a grip for them.
