Default busy wash time for the family

after my dad agreeing that he would like the work's done to his almera for dad's day we said i would do it today....well first of all my youngest bro jumped the quee and got me to do his work's van.....pre-wash with supa snow foam then a quick was with supa suds and finaly a quick wipe over with finishing touch.........came up ok as not been washed for about 6 month's ...........

then my dad came over and i began on his, was attacked by some nasty bird's in a flyby yesterday so began with a pre-wash then a good wash with same stuff used on my bro's van, looking much better alreadytook the wheel trim's off and cleaned them away from the car as some b-b had used about a gallon of tyre stuff and it was every where
eventualy got them clean and started to clay the bonett after a quick wipe down, the entire car is like sand paper as it went in for some paint about 3 months ago and it feel's like they never masked up and all panel's covered in overspray
clayed the bonnet and then used the meg's 3 stages on it just managed to get the wax buffed off and the weather turned nasty...........
ah well will finish it off on friday eve if weather is ok..my dad was overwhelmed by the feel and look of the bonnet after it's working so god know's how he will re-act when i get it all done , didn't manage to get pic's of the finished panel as it came down so quick and heavy but here are a few pic's of both motor's and my dad's claybar

So far so good Rich. That clay bar tells a story. Looking forward to seeing the final result.

Well done mate. Last few posts me thinks.

Megs All Season Dressing is great on the Arches but it's a mail order job unless you can get to AutoBryte?

Not sure about anything else especially as it's going to be close to the tyres.

Think the paint will be the star of the show anyway.
