F**KIN VX dealer!!!!

PI**ED OFF BIG TIME!.
Took my car to vx dealers yesterday to have my fog lights tech2. They had the car @ 8.45am as requested by them because they were then takin it up to their body shop to fit the y new rear bumper spoiler at 12pm... 2.40pm ,i get a call saying " we got it wrong ,you need a new ECU because yours wont pick up the fog lights.£270 +vat. NO CHANCE. THEY told me that if i got the loom ,lights, and 4 button switch it would work with tech2.
Any way ,they sent my car up to the body shop @ 4.45pm, just as they were closing.I get a phone call 10 mins ago (12.20pm) from body shop saying "if i want the spoiler fitted it wil;l cost me £330 as the other one was bonded & bolted and the holes don't line up so they will have to sort that out as well..BL**DY HELL> are they havin a laugh???
£635.00 for tech2 and fit a new spoiler..
THEY ARE NOT GETTING A PENNY.................................

just been down to pick up car and they have put a small dent by fuel cap cover and chipped paint off by old spioler..LOST THE F**KIN PLOT!!!!!!
All they could do was firstly say "it wasn't us" then " were so sorry" . Not good enough, i am now havin the dent removed and the chip sorted and the spoiler fitted and boot sorted and sprayed for £106.00..
Might have been a bit loud in the workshop towards them ,but if your 6 foot 3 and wearing a Parachute Regiment t-shirt, you seem to get what you want...LOL.

I am glad you have got it sorted, but it should not matter how big you are, they should have been up front with you in the first place, and they should look after your car as if it was their own. it is us customers that pay their wages, they seem to forget without our custom they would be out of buisness, I had some warrenty work done on my vectra "b" the trim by the seat had to be removed, the idiot that was given the job just prized it off with a screwdriver making i right mess of it, when I went to collect it I saw what he had done and complained about it, they replaced it at their cost, Then when I took the car back for service,s or warrenty work they treated it with respect from then on. I think if it will cost them money then they will be more carefull with the customer,s car.
