    Default handbrake Q?

    the handle on my handbrake is sliding up and down , how do I rectify this ?
    I had a quick look but cant seem to suss out how it gets tightened up or fixed
    it still works fine but just a right pain in the arse .

    They simply slide on and off. It's the button on the end that stops them moving. Have you had the handbrake recall done recently? For that they pop the button off and replace the spring and when they did mine they hadn't pushed the button in far enough to click in place properly!, so it allowed the button to pop out slightlyand the handle to slide. See if giving the button a good push in, after you've slid the handle down as far as it will go, solves it - did on mine.

    I didn't want/need the recall done but as it was in for something else they said they had to as it was a recall.
