Default Help With Vectra Sat Nav CD70

Hi guys. I have sat nav in my vectra, is there any way that when i'm putting an address into it, i can just put the postcode in as i can't seem to find any way of doing this?? I'm so used to the tomtom way of things and find it difficult and more time consuming putting the full address's in.
My sat nav cd i have is now updated to the 07/08 edition too.

    Can anyone help me out??

    Karl

It is poor, not just you. It doesn't use the full postcode that's the problem. I carry a Tomtom One in the boot just in case I don't know the town and road.

It will take postcodes but only up to five digits so it's next to useless. Key in the postcode instead of the name of the Town.

It's just the postcodes input that lets it down (That's the bit I meant was useless lol). Going to down to PVS it re routed around a closed road which would have added around two hours to our journey time.

Once the destination is set I find it as good as the Tom Tom although I bought it for the Mp3 capability really.
