I'm guessing yes but a link would help. You'll probably need a decent jack & axle stands too unless you have a ramp

Thats a good set imo. Halfords professional range has a lifetime warranty so if it breaks you just take it back for a replacement.

You'll need to buy a 7mm Hex socket (Allen key socket) for the brakes as in that kit it skips from 6mm to 8mm. Halfords sell them separately.

Other than that, yes it will have everything else you need for that and many other jobs. A few of us, me included , have that same kit and it's decent stuff.

I've got this set and it's got most things that you'll need. I've had one ratchet replaced with no quibbles. My mate, who's a mechanic, has bought one for his garage.

    I'd recommend it.

Halfords tools have come on in leaps and bounds over recent years. They no longer have the "Snap-off" reputation !

Pity they have not got the "odd size" sockets and spanners that some of our cars need. Like a 23m/m socket for my oil filter can. (I got one in the end though).

There is a socket for the oil cap on the 1.9CDTI in that kit. I've got one too Had it for years, it's well worth it. Get someone with a discount card to buy it if you don't have one.
