    Lightbulb Upgrade to Vauxhall Sat-Nav

I have a Signum Elite with lots of options apart from VauXhall built in Sat Nav (CD90 ?).
Is it possible to retro fit the Sat Nav and am I likley to find one 2nd hand (preferably colour screen)

    Cheers

Pretty sure you'll need to check whether your car is full canbus.

Half canbus = 6 buttons on steering wheel.
Full canbus = 4 buttons, and 2 scroll wheels.

Also if buying from ebay, make sure that it has been uninstalled from the car that it was removed from and put back into delivery mode. Won't work otherwise as the CD70 & DVD90 are part and parcel of the car's wiring system.

yep, you 'CAN' make them work in pre 05 cars but it's a lot of cash... Chris gettings priced it up at £1800 + the new unit....

if you need a car with a CD90 NAV, buy a newer car.. it's really the best way to go..

Looking on ebay I take it those advertised as ...Vauxhall Opel tech2 USB Diagnostic OBD2/II Code Reader
    Item number: 220245733024

Would they do the job or is that something else?
