    Default Yellow Mute lead????????

    Hi all,
I am having a problem fitting a Motorola T605 bluetooth hands free kit. My problem is that it doesn't mute the CD30 head unit and route the call through the speakers. I followed the "How2 guide" and everything went well apart from this. I have tested the kit and all is working. Does the mute lead have to be a certain voltage as in my book it states "low level mute lead". Any help really apprieciated.

    Vehicle : Jaguar XF 3.0D V6

    Trim : Black

    Engine : 3.0D V6

    Year : 0000

    Default

Yes, the mute wire goes to ground to change the stereo state to 'in call'

On the back of the stereo (well for mine at least - CDR2005)

PIN 13 is mute, to ground when 'in call'
PIN 16 and PIN 19 are the Audio inputs.
