    Default Lowering advice? at 888

Hey i have standard Suspension not sri etc with standard 17" alloys wit 215 55 17 tyres.

i want a better handling car on a low budget lol? I here 888 do Spring n fitting for £220ish is it worth getting shocks too?

How low should i go? dont want to worry about speed bumper/scrubbing arches?

Also will any of the tyres wear in the middle if i lower it or will the adjust camba to stop this?

    sorry lots of questions?

    here's lots of answers..

drop it -30mm on eibach 'pro' springs.. thats what they quoted you at 888.... it'll stiffen the handling but leave your fillings in..

the shocks on your car won't be 'great' but will take the -30 springs... budget to either change them at the same time, or admit they'll wear and to do them when they fail..

don't go any lower than -30 if you want a comfortable ride.. -45's are quite harsh..

it's a MUST to get the cars geometry set up again, to 'sports' settings , after lowering it... use www.alignmycar.co.uk to find a quality local centre with thr ight kit to do the job for you..
