Default Whats gone wrong with my BSR remap...only showing 150bhp on rolling road!!!!!

Ok I seem to have problems with my BSR remap. Just been done to Jam-Sport in Northampton on their rolling road and my Vectra C 1.9cdti 150 is only showing 150bhp. Something is defo a miss, where have the 40ish horses gone????

I have a K and N panel filter, decat with 2,5" stainless steel exhaust so even that should take the standard 150 up a bit. Best bit is that it also had a new engine 8k ago.

Operator said that boost comes in then the power just drops off.
It drives well on the road and its pretty quick, its not lumpy or anything. MPG is averaging 47 so the BC says so it seems to be running fine.
There is no sign off any lack of power.

    Any ideas anyone????

You tried removing the map back to standard and then remapping it, just to see if there's still the difference in the power between the two? Also maybe something to try on the RR - a run as standard and one as mapped and the readings/graphs will tell everything.

Very difficult to give any real reason/answer just from what you've posted.

Only got the PPC a month or so back. The unit said it had finished. Just updated the unit via the internet and reprogrammed it but it does not seem any different.

As for wheels or flywheel I did not ask
If it was at the wheels would that be ok?

If its 150bhp at the wheels its probably correct manufactures take theres from the flywheel. If its 150bhp from the flywheel theres something wrong.

What you need are back to back mapped and un mapped runs on the same rolling road without the operators touching any of the settings...

rolling roads CAN be MADE to tell you more or less whatever the operator wants them to, just by playing with the settings....
