Anyone else had this problem before????

Cars has been running fine for the last couple of hundred miles... should be the amount of work its had done on it recently.

Anyway jumped in the car to come home this afternoon turn the key in the ignition and all i get is a dash full of lights but nothing from the engine it didn't even try to turn over. Each time i turn the key there is a clicking sound from behind the glove box ( iam assuming that there is a fuse box or some relays behind there) and the car and spanner warning light in the tacho starts flashing at me? ARGH not again.

Anyway I take the key out, put it back in again turn the key till the dash lights come on, there is a click from behind the glove box and then two more from under the bonnet, drivers side. Turn the key fully and away she goes.

Anyone else had this happen to them? any ideas what the problem may have been? is it likely to happen again now that its done it once?
