Thats the original, wired, Nokia kit cradle so you will have the NFU5 control unit from memory (I used to have one)

Basically that kit was for the 6210/6310 phones and could be used with the 6230 and 6230i phones with an adaptor cradle or adaptor that appears to be in the cradle at the moment.

Your only option is to replace it I'm afraid.

Replacement is only way to go, get a parrot kit
