    ok am away to order piaa bulbs but was wondering if they would be ok in the plastic headlights also any one got any views on these

    They are fine in plastic headlights. I had them in my old veccy before I retro fitted xenons.

    I found the PIAA Extreme Whites to be the best. They are expensive and don't last much more than a year, but for a halogen bulb they are arguably the best out there

    The plasma ones don't have as good a light output. Nowhere near it in fact. My local auto parts has the whole PIAA range on live display at the back of the shop and the extreme whites are the closest you will get to xenons from a halogen bulb

    I`ve read that Philps bulbs are made out of quartz glass which is supposed to be safe on plastic, dont know if PIAAS have this type of glass, but I think you wont encounter to much trouble on that sense as Matty said

    well thats them ordered, should get them soon, to be honest the ones i had (check my avatar) were good espes the sidelights

    will do, the only diamond visions i could see were austr never saw any in uk (ebay), the bulbs i am getting are 29.99 each for h1 and the h7 are 50 bit steep but i aint paying
