Yeah we'd thought about that so we took him out the seat not long after we realised we were going nowhere quickly and he was sat on Jane's lap - so we're still not sure exactly what the problem was.

On the Monday driving back, about three hours, he just slept all the way! lol, which he normally does in the car so he doesn't mind being in a moving car for a while, I think it was a combination of things - including being in a stationary car for so long.

Anyway, he was right as rain by the time we got back to the hotel - just a wee bit worrying at the time. Thanks for the good wishes folks and as has been said, I can't fault Santa Pod/the marshals for how they reacted once they saw the situation.

Glad to hear the wee Cameron is ok and there is nothing untoward either. Must admit to falling back in to the "Uncle Neil" mode quite easy on Saturday, a bit too easily if the truth be known...
But glad you're all home safe and well, best wishes to you all and hopefully see you soon too
    Take care for now

lol, I gotta say m8 you were superb! I wish I'd got a pic of you with Cameron in your arms and giving him his top-up bottle as well! Gave Jane a wee break and let me get on with doing my car. I can just see you being a great Dad - now go and find a woman!

That must of been a real worry!!! Perhaps it was a very mild turn of heat stroke? I know my little un can turn from absolutely fine to looking very poorly in a heartbeat. You have to be so careful with them at this age as they dont seem to show sysptoms gradually. Its a real learning curve thats very steep!! Glad hes recovered well

Possibly, I just don't know. I couldn't see any reason why it should have been as the CC was on all the time and with the combination of the heavy rear tints and the blinds that are in the door cards on my car, it keeps it nice and cool - no sun beating through the window - but maybe as you say it was just somehow a little spike in his temperature that set things off. His temp at the Medical Centre was fine, so all a bit of a mystery.
