No sorry, no idea. I did read about someone who used 75:25 veg oil to diesel in an old fiesta in the summer and the other way round in the winter.

They will run on it but just a word of warning put a fresh fuel filter in as soon as you start using it and ALWAYS change it every 10,000 miles as the veggie mix will pick up all the crud from the bottom of your tank and block the filter very quickly indeed .........Not sure on the mix but i am trying to find out !!!!!

Not advisable m8,in relation to the fuel pump on the 2.0dti,it needs proper lube from diesel,as i have researched it elsewhere,and if you knacker your pump...er it's an arm and two legs to replace,i myself will not be risking it.

They retail around £1200 and then labour!!!

Totally agree, cost of fuel is high, but will knacker your car!

it's not okay to run it on 100% veg oil...BUT as drinky said.. ... if you blend it with DERV the pump will survive..

do as he advises.. and keep the fuel filter changed and don't go beyond 60-75% veg oil to derv.. ideally 50-50 mix...

in the winter just use nearer 90% DERV and 10% oil..

I am fitting a 2 tank mod to my 2004 2.0L dti vectra. I will let you know how it goes. Easier on the ip because it starts on diesel and finishes on it too, and runs on veg when its up to temperature.
