alloy wheel problem

i have got some sri preface lift for a cheap price. but they have a few blisters on the paint and the insides paint has come off. they dont look too bad but will it jst get worse. also could i just touch them or diy painting them. if so how would i get rid of the blisters. i know the proper answer is professional refurb but i cant afford that.

Have a look in the How 2 section. There is, I'm sure, one on DIY wheel refurb where the guy got a really good result.
