Only passed my test in January after years of putting it off & scooting about on a moped with L plates.

Underpowered & very low spec, her she is my Vectra B 1.6:16v S reg:











currently saving for a Signum 2.0T, now I'm 30 should not be too heavy on insurance, current above Vectra B insurance was £650 fully comp.

Looks ok to me mate, my first car was a 1.0 L Metro. Yours looks positively luxurious compared to that!

Quite clean for its age....get a set of nice 16" twin 5-spoke SRi rims on there and spoiler....wont need to do much else! Spot on. My first car was 1.2 Corsa, when I drive a 1.2 now, im like come on, get a move on!

Very tidy for an S reg and as others have said, a damn good little car for a first car

If you can afford it put the Veccy B SRi springs and wheels on it and it will feel like a totally different car.

looks good to me!... mine was a a 1974 mini 850cc in rust! then onto a fiat 128, 1100cc, wow the power! insurance then was around £200 3rd party.
So thats a good start... we all have to start somewhere... i really should hide my history... but its better after that to a cavileir 2L GLSi, now that shifted, never looked back (didnt want too...LOL)

Very nice indeed and proper clean for 90,000 miles ....My first "legal" car was a 1977 JPS Capri £700 to buy £850 to insure !!!!!!!

Very nice first car. Mine was a 1985 'B' reg 1.6 cavalier £500 to buy and over a grand to insure. That was because it had full body kit, janspeed 4-2-1 manifold and exhaust system, 15" alloys, Spax suspension kit, webber carb, Blydenstein 'B' pack head (gas flowed and ported). The best car I've ever owned (apart from the veccy of course)
