    hi
i did this as i didn't trussed mesuring all with a tape measure.

get some masking tape and place on the edges of the hatch
get some playdough and flattern and place on the tape
place spoiler over playdough and line all up then press spoiler into playdough
remove spoiler and mark the tape through the indents in the playdough with pencil and you should have a perfetly lined up and marks for drilling holes.

didnt you get a mounting kit with it?mine had some plastic strips which you put in the bolt holes then you position the spoiler tape the strips to the car then lift the spoiler off these .. this then gives you the holes to drill.looking at the pic mine sits a lot nearer the boot edge..

hi i just got a paper template and a measuring diagram with mine.
i used the playdough as you only get one shot at this to get it right.
at least with the playdough i know it was spot on and accurate.
i put the spoiler on so the legs were at the edge were the light start.
about an 1 1/4 inch in from the back edge.
