Hi guys i was just wondering, i don't see that many 4 door Vectra"c"s. Is there many of you who have one of the 4 door versions?? Don't they have a major "blind spot" with that rear pillar???
Anyone thoughts on this??

TBH, have you ever tried looking out of a hatch quarter glass? There isnt any difference from the drivers seat.
I dont have a problem with my saloon, its no worse than any other car I have had...the audi was lousy and the freelander was manouver and pray. The Saloon and the signum are very similar up to the rear passenger windows so gues the same could be true for them.
I'd actually say that the Signum is far better for visibility, than even the hatch, as the rear window curves round the edge a bit whereas the hatch/saloon don't. You also have a far better idea of where the rear of the car is, like you do on an estate, as the rear window is just forward of the bumper.
I remember the first time I reversed a Vectra, another members!, and I was being very careful as I didn't have a clue where the bumper was as you just can't tell. Thankfully it had a spoiler on it so I at least knew where the edge of the boot was.
I don't have a problem with the rear pillar, but I need to sort out my rear parking sensors again.
The last ones packed in, so just got to getting around to sorting new ones
Come and see me at PVS Ian.
Funny old game, I thought the B saloon was a very handsome looker and much better than the hatch, where the C is a better looking hatch but the saloon is ruined by the look of the C pillar imo.
This is my sentiments also. sorry saloon owners.
I had a "B" saloon, then bought the hatchback "C". At the time, i wasn't aware that there was a four door version, untill i saw one, then thought, how odd it looked.
I also Agree the Signum, must have better view out the back.
